As the CEO of DuCon, Ernest F. DuBose II leads and facilitates the multiple facets of the construction management process from inception through completion, bearing ultimate responsibility and accountability for the project at all times. Employing over 18 years of construction management experience and critical leadership skills, Ernest is directly involved with every phase of the project process to ensure that the quality, cost, and schedule expectations of the client are achieved. Ernest will make sure the best project management team is assembled with the appropriate resources, understanding of the project, and fully committed to the needs of the client. Throughout the project, he will play a vital role in keeping all parties – owner, architect, engineers, municipalities, and subcontractors – on the same page. With a career totaling approximately $500 million in completed construction spanning three states and multiple sectors of the construction industry, Ernest will use his vast experience in managing large, diverse construction teams to facilitate the overall execution and goals of the project.

As VP of Preconstruction, Donald acts as the key leader in the entire work acquisition process from initial client engagement through commencement of the work and beyond. He is responsible for management, coordination and delivery of all preconstruction phases of the project to meet the cost objectives with respect to contracting, scheduling, estimating, and bidding. Donald brings over 15 years of construction management experience to DuCon from multiple sectors of the construction industry. With his experience and knowledge, Donald will work closely with the project team to set the tone for the ultimate success of the project.
